• Excessive mucus production: Thins thick, sticky mucus, making it easier to cough up and clear from the airways.

How Acebrophylline + Acetylcysteine works

  • Acebrophylline + Acetylcysteine combines a bronchodilator with a mucolytic agent to ease breathing and clear mucus.
  • Acebrophylline relaxes the muscles lining the airways, making it easier to breathe, and reduces inflammation that can narrow the airways. It also helps thin mucus, making it less sticky and easier to expel.
  • Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic agent that breaks down the chemical bonds within thick, sticky mucus. This reduces its thickness and makes it easier to cough up and clear from the lungs.
  • Together, these two ingredients open the airways and loosen mucus, helping to ease breathing and reduce chest congestion.
